Finnish born Julia Lundsten has been dubbed the Eames of footwear, with her label FINSK, launched in 2004.

Spring/Summer 08 collection, Hylea, is inspired by constructivism and Russian futurism. It features simple, geometric shapes, such as square toes and angular pleats and fun detailing with graphic and unconventional colour blocking.

FINSK shoes are sold in selected boutiques in Antwerp, Helsinki, California, London, Rome and Tokyo. The A/W 07/08 collection is currently available for the first time in London, exclusively in Topshop, Oxford Circus.
