This building of government offices is located in Portland, Oregon. It was constructed in 1980 and is Post-Modern in style. It has several decorated facades, including a line of ribbons on one side. Although at the time of its, unveiling the building was admired for its exterior and it was highly criticized for its interior design. The building has become an icon of post-modern architecture.
