Ring Lamp

The Ring Lamp was produced for the Visiona installation in 1970. Panton designed the lamp with versatility in mind. The lamp ca ne mounted to a wall or ceiling and used in different areas to create moods or effects. Panton, himself, liked to use the lamp in large spaces for effect. It has recently been reissued by Vitra and is can be seen as part of the collection at the Vitra Design Museum.

Eqqus Ring and Pendant

The eqqus ring and pendant are interpretations of one of Gehry's favorite architectural motifs. Composed of free form curves in sterling silver, with diamond accents, the ring and pedant have simple, shapely lines that are found in many of his buildings.

Torque Ring and Bracelet

The rings and bracelet are made of silver or gold. The torque design is a favorite of Gehry, one that is featured in some of his other work. Inspiration for Gehry's work, despite the very modern and contemporary style, comes from much earlier times. The torque itself was originally a metal collar or armband once worn by the Gauls and Britons. Here Gehry has interpreted that form and made an modernized, free form version.
